so you know how i used to sleep until like 5 every day? yeah well now i’m waking up at like… noon. i’m really confused. like when did my sleep cycle switch? what did i do? not that i have aproblem with it but this always happens. i finally get used to my schedule being a certain way and then my body’s like oh no no no wait wait. HOOOOLD on. we’re going to completely flip things around on you. i mean for awhile there i was falling asleep at 8pm and waking up at 4am. and from taht i did a complete 180 flip to my 7am to 5pm shift. like wtf?
